A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, Mark Nichols has consented to serve as the Town's alternate
representative to the Agency on Aging;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 17th day of September 2013 that the following
person is appointed to serve as the town's alternate representative to the Agency on
Aging for the term expiring on the date indicated as follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 17th day of
September 2013 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,

H.M. Kidd -Aye
Joseph K. Goodman -Aye
James A. Radcliffe -Aye
