A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CITIZENS
TO THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, two citizens have consented to serve on the Architecture Review Board;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 18th day of February 2014 that the following
citizens are appointed to the Architectural Review Board of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
for the indicated term expiring on the date as follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 18th day of
February 2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:

Gregory C. East -Aye Joseph K. Goodman -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
