A Resolution Appointing the Town Manager as Town Representative or Alternate to
Various Committees & Boards
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain full representation on the various boards,
commissions and committees of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Manager represents the Town on various intergovernmental boards
and committees;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 18th day of February 2014 that Mr. Shawn Utt, the
Town Manager, is hereby appointed as town representative to the following groups in the
capacity as indicated for the terms shown below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 18th day of February
2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:

David L. Clark -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
