RESOLUTION TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF PLANNING COMMISSION
MEMBERS TO SEVEN
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has determined that it is
in the best interest of the citizens of the Town of Pulaski, and is consistent with the
general welfare to expand the size of the Planning Commission to seven (7) members;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 4th day of March 2014 that there shall be seven (7)
members on the Town of Pulaski Planning Commission
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall and does supersede any and all
previous resolutions authorizing the number of members on the Town of Pulaski
Planning Commission.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 4t" day of March
2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:

Gregory C. East -Aye Joseph K. Goodman -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
