Resolution Appointing the Board of Directors to the Friends of Calfee Park
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the recent changes in ownership and
programming at Calfee Park, coupled with citizen interest in these developments, have made it
desirable to form a citizen's committee, named the "Friends of Calfee Park", to establish a liaison
between the town and the new operators of the park; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has further determined that such a group shall be guided by a three
member Board of Directors representing the neighborhood, the business community and the town
government in maintaining a solid and productive working relationship between the Town, its
citizens and the new management of Calfee Park;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski Virginia, sitting
in regular session this 4th day of November 2014, that the following persons are appointed to the
Board of Directors of the" Friends of Calfee Park" (FOCP) for the terms indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 4th day of November 2014 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
