Resolution Transferring Funds from the FY 2013-2014 Budget
to the FY 2014-2015 Budget for the Comprehensive Plan Update
WHEREAS, a balance of $6,950, appropriated during Fiscal Year 2013-2014 for work
on the Town's Comprehensive Plan, remained in that line item at the end of that fiscal
year; and,
WHEREAS, work on the Comprehensive Plan is continuing into the current Fiscal Year
2014-2015; and,
WHEREAS, the Town administration and staff have recommended to Town Council that
the balance of funds remaining for the Comprehensive Plan update from the past fiscal
year be applied to the current budget appropriation for the update and that such action
requires the review and consent of the Town Council;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 16th day of September 2014, that the remaining
balance of $6,950 from the FY 2013-2014 budget for the Comprehensive Plan update,
shall be applied to the current FY 2014-2015 budget under line item 106716.7010 for
use in the continuing update of the Comprehensive Plan.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 16th day of
September 2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
