A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A TOWN REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE
TO THE AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens
of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various committees and
boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, Lydia Hickam has consented to serve as the Town's representative to the
Agency on Aging as a voting member; and,
WHEREAS, Pam Austin has expressed a willingness and desire to serve the Town as an
alternate member;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 2nd day of December 2014 that the following persons are
appointed to serve as town representative and alternate to the Agency on Aging for the term
indicated as follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of December
2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
