Resolution Amending the Town Personnel Manual
Regarding Employee Service Awards
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has determined that it is in
the interest of the Town and its employees to regularly update and maintain the Town's
Personnel Manual to reflect changes and amendments to said policies; and,
WHEREAS, Town Council has been deemed it necessary to revise the schedule for
employee service awards;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 2"d day of December 2014 that the schedule for
employee service awards, as set forth in Section 3J "Service Awards-Awards" shall be
amended to read as follows:

5 ears of service Certificate of A reciation
10 ears of service Pla ue
15 ears of service Pla ue and $50 repaid Visa/Mastercard
20 ears of service Pla ue and $100 re aid Visa/Mastercard
25 ears of service Ac lic award and $150 pre aid Visa/Mastercard
30 ears of service Ac lic award and $175 re aid Visa/Mastercard
35 ears of service Ac lic award and $200 pre aid Visa/Mastercard
40 ears of service Ac lic award and $250 re aid Visa/Mastercard
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2"d day of December
2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
Heather L. Steele -Aye H.M. Kidd -Aye
Gregory C. East -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye Lane R. Penn -Aye
