A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A TOWN REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens
of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various committees and
boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, Lydia Hickam has consented to serve as the Town's representative to the
Agency on Aging as a voting member;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 1st day of September 2015 that the following person is
appointed to serve as town representative to the Agency on Aging for the term indicated as
follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1st day of September
2015 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as

David L. Clark -Aye Lane R. Penn - Absent
