Resolution Affirming the Town of Pulaski's Continued Participation
in the
New River Valley HOME Consortium
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski joined with other jurisdictions in the New River Valley
to create the New River Valley HOME Consortium in order to alleviate housing
problems experienced in the region; and,
WHEREAS, a notification of intent for continued membership and participation in the
consortium is periodically required of each member as to whether they wish to remain in
the consortium; and,
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, has received invaluable assistance from the
consortium involving several block grant programs to secure improved housing for Town
residents;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of July 2015, that the Town shall continue
to be a member of and participate in the New River Valley HOME Consortium.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is here by adopted by the duly recorded
vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia this 7th day of July 2015 as
follows:

Gregory C. East -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye Lane R. Penn -Absent
