Resolution Appointing the Deputy Town Manager
as Zoning Administrator for the Town of Pulaski
WHEREAS, Section 701.1 of the Zoning Regulations for the Town of Pulaski requires
that the Zoning Administrator for the Town be appointed by Town Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Deputy Town Manager will be assuming the duties of Zoning
Administrator as part of the code enforcement functions of that position;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 2nd day of February 2016, that Deputy Town
Manager, Nichole L. Hair is hereby appointed as Zoning Administrator for the Town of
Pulaski with all necessary authority, as set forth by the Zoning Regulations, for the
discharge and performance of zoning administration functions within the Town.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of
February 2016 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
