Resolution Appointing Town Representatives and Citizen Representatives to Various
Regional and Local Boards
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens of the
Town of Pulaski to maintain full representation on the various agencies, authorities and boards of
which the Town is a member; and,
WHEREAS, several vacancies and term expirations have made it necessary for appointments to
be made to ensure adequate representation of the Town on regional and local boards and citizen
representation on boards of the Town itself;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting
in regular session this 1st day of December 2015 that the following persons are appointed as
representatives to or members of the boards as listed below for the indicated terms expiring on the
dates as follows:
