Resolution Appointing a Member of the Planning Commission
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens of
the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various committees and boards
of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, one member of the Planning Commission may be a member of Town Council as
provided for in the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended, §15.2-2212 and in the Code of
Ordinances: Town of Pulaski, §66-33(b);
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 4th day of October 2016 that the following member of Town
Council is appointed to the Planning Commission of the Town of Pulaski for the indicated term
as shown below:

Robert N. Glenn, Planning Co -terminus October 4, 2016 Co -terminus with
Mayor Commission with tenure as tenure as Mayor
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 4th day of October 2016 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
James A. Radcliffe -Aye
