Resolution Approving an Easement for SBA Towers IX, L.L.C.
at the Ridge Avenue Tower Site
WHEREAS, the Town Council on August 15, 2017 did authorize the Town Manager to
execute the agreement for purchase of (an) easement between SBA Towers IX, L.L.C.
and the Town of Pulaski, Virginia at the Ridge Avenue tower site, to be governed under
the terms set forth in the agreement subject to Town Attorney review and correction as
necessary; and,
WHEREAS, final granting of an easement by the Town is necessary as set forth in the
aforementioned agreement between SBA Towers IX, L.L.C. and the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 6th day of February 2018, that the Town Council
does hereby approve the grant of a final easement to SBA Towers IX, L.L.C. for the
Ridge Avenue Tower Site; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute
any and all documents related to the final easement subject to final review and approval
by the Town Attorney.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6th day of February
2018 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
