Resolution Appointing Nichole L. Hair as the
Town Representative to the NRV Development Corporation
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 6th day of March 2018 that Nichole L. Hair, Deputy
Town Manager, is appointed as the Town's representative to the New River Valley
Development Corporation (NRVDC) for the term indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6th day of March
2018 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
