A Resolution Nominating Danny Underwood for
Appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals
WHEREAS, §15.2-2308 of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended requires that every
locality that has enacted a zoning ordinance establish a board of zoning appeals
composed of residents of the locality; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 20th day of November 2018 that the following
person is hereby nominated, before the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, for appointment
as a regular member to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for
a five year term expiring on the dates as follows:

Resolution Confirming the Mayor as the Town or Council Representative to Various
Committees and Boards
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens of the
Town of Pulaski to maintain representation of the Town to regional committees and other statewide
entities;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TOWN REPRESENTATIVES
TO THE AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens
of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full representation of the Town on the various regional
and area committees of which it is a participant; and,
WHEREAS, Lydia Hickam has consented to serve as the Town's representative to the
Agency on Aging as a voting member and Gary Hancock has consented to serve as the
Town's alternate representative to that agency;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 20 day of November 2018 that the following persons are
appointed to serve as the Town's voting member and alternate to the Agency on Aging for
