A Resolution Honoring Linda B. Hall for Her Service
to the Town of Pulaski as a Member of the Planning Commission
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia wishes to express its thanks and
appreciation to those citizens who have given of their time and talent to serve the community
and its citizens; and,
WHEREAS, Linda B. Hall was appointed by Town Council to the Town of Pulaski Planning
Commission on August 3, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Hall, in addition to her numerous community activities and the demands of her
business, was a valued member of the Planning Commission because of her deep roots in the
community, her willingness to consider the needs and concerns of its citizens through her work
on the Commission, and her desire, shown through years of service as a resident and local
merchant, to leave the Town of Pulaski a better place for future generations of townspeople.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Hall completed her tenure on the Planning Commission on September 15,
2019 after fifteen years of service to the community;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia,
sitting in regular session this 1St day of October 2019, that the Town Council does hereby extend
its thanks and appreciation to Linda B. Hall for her fifteen years of service to our community as a
member of the Town of Pulaski Planning Commission.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this first day of October, 2019
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
