Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2020.
In attendance: Mayor Shannon Collins
Darlene Burcham, Town Manager
Jordan Whitt, Social Media Manager/Acting Clerk
Mayor Collins found that there was not a quorum present to conduct business and therefore
declared that the meeting would remain in recess until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2020.
