Amending the Water Fund Budget for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, for the
Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2020 and Ending June 30, 2021 to Include
Funds Carried Forward from the Previous Fiscal Year
WHEREAS, after the adoption of the Water Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, it has become
necessary to further amend the Water Fund budget; and
WHEREAS, the original Water Fund budget appropriations were adopted June 2, 2020, and inclusion of
"carry over" funds from the previous fiscal year will require amendments to the FY 2020-2021 Water
Fund budget as listed in Attachment A -Resolution 2020-31, affixed hereto and expressly made part of
this resolution as if set forth herein;
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in
regular session this 6th day of October 2020, that:
Section 1. The proposed Water Fund budget be amended and hereby is approved as the Water Fund
budget for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30,
2021, in accordance with Section 15.2-2507, of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended.
Section 2. In conjunction with the approval of said Water Fund budget, the following Water Fund
"carry over" appropriations be and hereby are approved for the fiscal year as shown in
Attachment A -Resolution 2020-31, affixed hereto and expressly made part of this resolution as if
set forth herein.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 6th day of October 2020 by recorded vote
of the Town Council as follows:

Brooks R. Dawson -Aye G. Tyler Clontz -Aye
Gregory C. East -Aye Michael P. Reis -Aye
