Budget Appropriation of Utility Relief Funds
to the Town of Pulaski Under the CARES Act
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski, Virginia received Utility Relief funds from the Federal
Government under the CARES Act for assistance with delinquent utility charges; and,
WHEREAS, these appropriations from the CARES Act must be properly entered and recorded
in the Town's current fiscal year budget under applicable state and federal laws and guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 16th day of March 2021, that the Utility Relief funds received from
the Federal Government under the CARES Act are hereby appropriated as shown below:

Water Fund Utility Water Charges $1,712.32
Water Fund Utility Relief-CARES(Water) $1,712.32
Sewer Fund Utility Sewer Charges $4,539.72
Sewer Fund Utilitv Relief -CARES (Sewer) $4.539.72
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 16th day of March 2021 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski as follows:
