Appointment to the Virginia's First Authority
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 16th day of March 2021 that the following
appointment is made to the Virginia's First Regional Industrial Facilities Authority
(VFRIFA) for the term indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 16th day of March
