Resolution Appointing Tom Hager as Building Official
WHEREAS, the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) requires that every
local building division have a building official, appointed.by the local governing body, as
the executive in charge of the division; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Tom Hager, due to his education, training and experience has been
adjudged qualified to both meet the position requirements of and perform the duties of
the Office of Building Official for the purposes of administering the Virginia Uniform
Statewide Building Code and the Code of Ordinances, Town of Pulaski, Virginia.
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 2nd day of March 2021, that the Town Council
hereby appoints Mr. Tom Hager as Building Official for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of March
2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
