Resolution Re -Appointing Todd Bruce
to the
Cemetery Board of Trustees
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Cemetery Board of Trustees that requires the
action of the Town Council to appoint a citizen representative to that body;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 2nd day of March 2021, that Todd Bruce is hereby
appointed to the Cemetery Board of Trustees of the Town of Pulaski Virginia
for the term indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of March
