Resolution Appointing Members
to the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals
WHEREAS, §36-105 of the Code of Virginia, requires establishment within each local building
department a local building board of code appeals; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals fulfills this mandated function for the
of Town of Pulaski, Virginia;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 20th day of April 2021, that the following persons are appointed to
the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals (HBAA) of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for the
