Resolution Appropriating Grant Funds for Environmental Assessment
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski has engaged in a concerted effort for several years to
restore brownfields within the Town for new and productive uses; and,
WHEREAS, the Town has received grant funds from the Virginia Brownfields
Assistance Fund (VBAF) to assist with environmental assessment of specific locations
within the Town, which must be appropriated by action of Town Council;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 1St day of June 2021 that the VBAF grant funds
received from the state are hereby appropriated as shown below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1St day of June
2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski as follows:
