Resolution Appropriating Grant Funds
for the
James Hardie Direct Injection Project
WHEREAS, the Town Council has deemed it necessary for fiscal management purposes to
formally appropriate grant funds from James Hardie Building Products to the Grant Fund -Direct
Injection Project -James Hardie; and,
WHEREAS, the Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing on this appropriation on
August 17, 2021, wherein the comments of the public were received;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 17th day of August 2021 that the following grant funds are hereby
appropriated as shown below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 17th day of August 2021
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
