Resolution Appropriating Grant Funds
for the
Calfee School Adaptive Reuse Project
WHEREAS, the Town Council has deemed it necessary for fiscal management purposes to
formally appropriate grant funds from the Department of Housing and Community Development
and the Appalachian Regional Commission to the Grant Fund-Calfee Adaptive Reuse Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing on these appropriations on
August 3, 2021, wherein the comments of the public were received;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 3rd day of August 2021 that the following grant funds are hereby
appropriated as shown below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 3rd day of August 2021 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
