Resolution Giving Notice Withdrawing Membership
from the
Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy
WHEREAS, a formal resolution from the governing body is required to serve notice of
its withdrawal from the current training academy;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of September 2021, that the Council does
hereby render formal notice to the Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy that the Town
desires to withdraw its membership from the academy as of July 1, 2022.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of
September 2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
Lane R. Penn -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
Brooks R. Dawson -Aye G. Tyler Clontz -Aye
Gregory C. East -Aye Michael P. Reis -Aye
