Resolution Applying for Membership in the
New River Criminal Justice Training Academy
WHEREAS, a formal resolution from the governing body is required to serve notice of a
locality's desire to join an academy for training of police personnel;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of September 2021, that the Council does
hereby render formal notice to the New River Criminal Justice Training Academy that
the Town desires join the academy as of July 1, 2022.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7t" day of
September 2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
