A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRAXTON COX
TO THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Braxton Cox has consented to serve on the Architectural Review
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of September 2021 that Mr. Braxton Cox is
appointed to the Architectural Review Board of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for the
indicated term expiring on the date as follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of
