Resolution Approving the Purchase of Property
WHEREAS, the Town Council may authorize and approve the purchase of real property
by the Town;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 21St day of September 2021, that the Council does
hereby approve the purchase of the following properties as set forth below:

Lot 3, Block 124, Maple Street
325 Maple Street
Tax Map Number I Amount of Purchase
081-002-0124-0003 $4,194.31
081-002-0124-0004 $4,641.52
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 21 St day of
September 2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as set forth below:
