Resolution Appointing Darlene L. Burcham as Acting Clerk of Council
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 15th day of March 2022 that Darlene L. Burcham is appointed as
the Acting Clerk of Council
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 15th day of March
2022 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,Virginia as
follows:
Lane R. Penn - Aye James A. Radcliffe- Aye
Brooks R. Dawson -Aye G. Tyler Clontz - Aye
Greg C. East - Aye Michael P. Reis- Aye
