Appropriation Resolution
WHEREAS, staff has identified additional funds available from the DHCD grant for the
Downtown which are committed to final expenses of the project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 21St day of December 2021, that the following
appropriation is approved as follows:

DCHD
$88,757.00
Appropriations
Downtown Grant
$88,757.00
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 21St day of
December 2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
Lane R. Penn -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
Brooks R. Dawson -Aye G. Tyler Clontz -Aye
Gregory C. East -Aye Michael P. Reis -Aye
