RESOLUTION 2022-25
Resolution Adopting a Budget Establishing Appropriations
for The Town of Pulaski, Virginia Water Fund for the Fiscal Year
Beginning July 1, 2022 and Ending June 30, 2023
WHEREAS, the Town Manager has presented to Pulaski Town Council a proposed Water Fund budget for Fiscal
Year 2022-2023; and,
WHEREAS, a summary of the proposed Water Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 was published for
informative and fiscal planning purposes, as well as to give notice of a public hearing subsequently held May 17,
2022; and,
WHEREAS, Pulaski Town Council has conducted the public hearing where no public comment was made;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in regular
session this 7"' day of June 2022 that the proposed Water Fund budget, as summarized by category in Attachment
A- Resolution 2022-25 titled Town of Pulaski Adopted Water Fund Annual Budget attached hereto and made part of
this resolution, is hereby adopted.
This ordinance shall be effective July 1, 2022 and is hereby adopted this 7"' day of June 2022 by the recorded vote
of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:

Brooks R. Dawson- Aye G. Tyler Clontz- Aye
Gregory C. East- Aye Michael P. Reis- Absent
