Resolution- Line of Credit
WHEREAS, a line of credit is needed to fund ARS homes until sold
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 19th day of July 2022, that the following appropriation is
approved as follows:
Revenue _Appropriations
Freedom First Guidance Line of Credit ARS Program
$500,000 $500,000
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 19th day of July 2022 by the
duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
Lane R. Penn- Aye James A. Radcliffe- Aye
Brooks R. Dawson- Aye G. Tyler Clontz- Absent
Gregory C. East- Aye Michael P. Reis- Aye
