Line of Credit- ARS Program
WHEREAS, the Town has been approved for participation in the ARS program sponsored by
DHCD; and
WHEREAS, the Town has and will purchase for construction/ rehabilitation properties under
this program, and
WHEREAS, a line of credit is needed to provide funding for the program until the properties are
sold,
NOW THEREFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session on this 19th day of July 2022 that the Town Manager is authorized to
sign any documents associated with the line of credit.
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 19th day of July 2022 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
