Resolution Appropriating Funds to the James Hardie Direct Injection Project
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has deemed it necessary to
appropriate funds to the James Hardie Direct Injection Project;
NOW, THERFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia,
sitting in regular session on this 23rd day of August 2022, that the following appropriation is
approved.
REVENUE APPROPIATION
FROM Sewer Fund Balance $225,000.00
TO James Hardie Direct Injection Project $225,000.00

This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 23rd day of August 2022 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
Lane R. Penn- Aye James R. Radcliffe- Aye
Brooks R. Dawson- Aye G. Tyler Clontz- Aye
Gregory C. East- Aye Michael P. Reis- Aye
