Conflict of Interest Policy
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the value that
affirms standards of conduct established to ensure that Town Council and employees avoid
potential and actual conflicts of interest, as well as the perception of a conflict of interest; and,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 20th day of December 2022, that the Town Council does hereby
adopt the Conflict of Interest Policy as found on Attachment A- Conflict of Interest Policy
attached hereto and made part of this resolution.
The resolution shall be effective December 20, 2022 upon adoption on this 20th day of December
2022 by the duly recorded voice vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
