Approving Trash Fee to FY 2022-2023
WHEREAS, an amendment to the FY 2022-2023 fee schedule is necessary; and,
WHEREAS, effective January 1, 2023, the fee for trash collection will be $20 per
month, for residential and small business customers as the previous provider was
responsible for setting the fee; and,
NOW THEREFORE it be RESOLVED, by the town Council of the Town If Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 6th day of December 2022 that the $20 monthly
trash collection fee is added to the FY 2022-2023 Fee Schedule effective January 1, 2023.
This resolution is effective and is hereby adopted on the 6th day of December 2022 by
duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
