Resolution Amending the Appointments to the
Economic Development Authority for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
WHEREAS, Per Virginia State Code members of the Economic Development Authority must
have staggering appointments, and the members were initially appointed for four-year terms
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 8"' day of February 2024 that the appointments for the
following persons to the Economic Development Authority have been modified to the terms
below.

Roger Bell Economic Development Authority
Collette Hash Economic Development Authority

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted on this 81h day of February 2024
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
