Resolution to Open a Bank Account with National Bank of Blacksburg for the
Economic Development Authority for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has determined it to be in the
best interest of the Town to establish an account for the Town of Pulaski Economic Development
Authority with the National Bank of Blacksburg, and
WHEREAS, the bank requires a resolution designating which Town Officials are authorized to
open accounts and execute payment of organizations created by the Town, and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager, Finance Director, and Assistant Finance Director are hereby
authorized to open an account with National Bank of Blacksburg on such terms, conditions, and
agreements of the bank,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 8t' day of February 2024 that the Town Council wishes to open a
banking account with the National Bank of Blacksburg for the use of the Town of Pulaski
Economic Development Authority.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted on this Bch day of February 2024
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
