Resolution Adopting Water Rates for FY 2025-2026
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the effects on
its residents and the budget for water services; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that operating costs to the Town for water
services are increasing and that adjustments to charges for water services are justified and
consistent with the public interest; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted a noticed public hearing on May 20, 2025 concerning
proposed increases for water service, where comments from the public were made; and,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 3rd day of June 2025, that the schedule of charges for
water service by the Town of Pulaski shall be as set forth in Attachment A- Resolution 2025-21
titled Town of Pulaski Water Rates for FY 2025-2026 attached hereto and expressly made part of
this resolution, is hereby adopted.
This resolution shall be effective July 1, 2025 and is hereby adopted this 3Td day of June 2025 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
