Resolution Adopting Sewer Rates for FY 2026-2027
WHEREAS,the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the effects on
its residents and the budget for sewer services; and,
WHEREAS,the Town Council has determined that operating costs to the Town for sewer
services are increasing and that adjustments to charges for sewer services are justified and
consistent with the public interest; and,
WHEREAS,the Town Council conducted a noticed public hearing on May 19, 2026 concerning
proposed increases for sewer service, where comments from the public were made; and,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 2°dday of June 2026, that the schedule of charges for
sewer service by the Town of Pulaski shall be as set forth in Attachment A- Resolution 2026-20
titled Town of Pulaski Sewer Rates for FY 2026-2027 attached hereto and expressly made part of
this resolution, is hereby adopted.
This re olution shall be effective July 1, 2026 and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of June 2026 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
