Rezoning 2321 Pleasant Hill Drive [Tax Map No. 63-25-241 from
Single Family Residential (R-1) to Rural Residential (RR)
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, has considered the best
interest of its citizens and determined, after a review of the Town of Pulaski Planning
Commission's public hearing and recommendation held on May 11, 2026 and the requisite of a
public hearing from the Town of Pulaski Town Council held on July 7, 2026, that it is in the best
interest of the community and consistent with the public necessity, conveniences, general
welfare, and good zoning practices, to rezone 2321 Pleasant Hill Drive [Tax Map # 63-25-24]
from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Rural Residential (RR).
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in
regular session this 71h day of July 2026, rezones the Tax Map No. 63-25-24 from Single Family
Residential (R-1) to Rural Residential (RR)
This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption on this 71h day of July 2026 by the
duly recorded roll call vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, as follows:
Jeremy L. Clark- Nay G. Tyler Clontz- Aye
Sunshine N. Cope- Nay Steven W. Erickson- Aye
Brooks R. Dawson- Nay Joel B. Burchett- Nay
